Flame Pharma - Clinical Research - Clinical Trial Assistant Job – Berlin, Germany

Flame Pharma are currently working alongside a Multinational CRO for Clinical Trials of Medicinal Products for Human Use, in recruiting an experienced Clinical Trial Assistant to be based in Berlin, Germany.

Supporting the clinical project management team, the CTA will ensure the most effective and efficient conduct of clinical research studies by providing administration and project tracking support.

The Role:

It will be the Clinical Trial Assistants responsibility to support the clinical research teams with the ongoing conduct of clinical studies whilst adhering to ICH GCP, appropriate regulations and relevant company SOP’s, and also assist clinical project teams with study specific documentation as appropriate. They will process Case Record Forms (CRF) i.e. log in, tracking, quality control as appropriate to the clinical study and maintain the appropriate study files for these clinical projects which may include co-ordinating ordering/dispatch and the tracking of trial materials e.g. CRF, diary cards, lab supplies, and drug supplies· The CTA may also be required to assist in the preparation of both internal and external presentations to the client.

The Person:

Candidates must possess relevant work experience within an administration role, with proven organisational skills. They must have both excellent written and verbal communication skills whilst a good command of the German language is essential. Candidates must also be educated to degree level or the equivalent in a relevant scientific field. With this position comes an attractive benefits package that you would associate with a leading CRO.
