We are working with a global, drug development services company to recruit an experienced CRA II for their offices in the Ukraine.  As an organisation that provides a comprehensive range of services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, generic drug, and medical device industries, our client are looking to expand their impressive European operations.  In addition to their core business, our client offers clinical-development solutions including consulting services, Phase I clinical studies, bioequivalency and pharmacodynamic studies, bioanalytical analyses, and Phase II, III, and IV clinical development programs

The Role

The CRA II will monitor (pre-study, initiation, routine, and close-out visits) at investigator sites for GCP compliance.  You will recruit investigators for participation in clinical trials, plus negotiate study budgets with investigators.  You will obtain, review for appropriateness, and process administrative documents from investigator sites, review draft protocols for completeness and feasibility, and develop case report forms for clinical trials.  The CRA II will prepare project management reports for clients, project personnel, and management plus review and verify CRFs and other clinical data.

The Person

A medical degree plus extensive work experience in clinical research, data management or other relevant healthcare research position of which a large proportion must have been spent in the field of monitoring of clinical trials.  Excellent written and verbal communications skills are essential with a high level of knowledge of the Ukrainian and English language.  As the role will have international scope, the ability and willingness to travel up to 50% is essential.
